Description:
- Experience in hiring IT roles specifically with IT Product companies.
- Manage end-to-end TA / recruitment lifecycle - shortlisting, screening, scheduling / coordinating interviews and engaging with candidates for a superior experience.
- Accelerate hiring by exploring innovative ways to achieve closures
- Manage key stakeholders and ease hiring pressures through planning, organizing and delivery in work
- Manage relationships with key vendors for hiring; evaluate and introduce new vendors for better outcomes
- Be comfortable with data
- Work closely with HR Head in improving and positioning Halodoc as an employer of choice.
Required:
- Must have recent experience in end-to-end hiring for roles across backend, frontend, full stack across iOS and Android platforms.
