Job Summary:
- The incumbent will have overall responsibility of the HR Function in India and all current leads of TA, HR Operations, L&D will be aligned to this individual.
- Lead strategy and execution with adherence to HR procedures / policies and statutory compliance to achieve highest level of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with Tech, Product teams to provide core HR and TA services in the region that includes HR Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Learning and development
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- The role would be very hands on as the company accelerates and progresses to next phase of growth plans.
- Create Recruitment Intelligence practices and closely monitor trends adopted by competition
- Create metrics and scorecards for assessing and monitoring team performance
- Work with key stakeholders to identify key roles for current and future requirements
- Establish best practices for selection and assessment
- Research, design and implement a proactive recruitment strategy that will successfully deliver on all recruitment needs.
- Work with key engineering campuses for fresher hiring
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve experience, engagement, productivity, and retention
- Develop in house talent analytics for weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Work with HR team in Indonesia to create a one-Halodoc people experience
- Coach and guide leadership to drive the right culture to sustain growth and positive outcomes
- Manage good relationships with key stakeholders in Tech, Product and Marketing teams
- Implement practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommend appropriate course corrective plans for better outcomes
- Analyze key trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies for better results
- Create and drive effective process driven policies, reporting, payroll etc.
- Drive a learning culture and be the custodian of Halodoc University
- Cascade people and HR related communication effectively and provide right forums to ensure all issues /concerns are heard and resolved in a timely manner
- Drive HR Technology for the organization - such as Performance /Core HR Services
- Own Performance and Talent Management initiatives in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance on all HR activities such payroll, increments, etc
- Monitor spends against the department budget
- Coach team members for better results and outcomes.
Education Qualifications, Experience and skill set required :
- Post-graduation / master's degree in human resources
- 15 years of HR Generalist experience in building organization strategy and execution with experience in heading HR in a dynamic start up environment
- Start-up experience - preferably in a product Tech company
- 5 - 6 years of recent leadership experience
- Proven experience in managing Human Resource for a mid-sized organization
- Thorough knowledge of HR Domain and Industry best practices
- Experience in both designing and implementing HR and Recruitment strategy
- Working knowledge of labour laws preferred.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills with good ability to foster long-term relationships
