Job Purpose:
Reporting to the ISC BU HR Head, this position is accountable for the following:
- Support business strategy through an understanding of the business, its drivers, concerns & requirements, and providing insight into the people impacts.
- Deliver the HR Strategy/HR agenda based on organizational needs, business challenges & key metrics.
- Adapt HR initiatives based on customer insight.
Succession Planning and Talent Management & Capability Building:
- Understanding talent/diversity needs of the business. Work with leadership teams to develop stronger and more diverse succession plans and help coach leaders to better development planning with employees.
- Strategic Workforce planning - ensure proactive and future-oriented planning on size, structure and capabilities of the organization. Highlight future capability gaps and facilitate solutions, utilizing HR expertise.
- Apply strategic reward as well as EVP solutions to attract and retain critical talent.
Leadership Development:
- Provide ongoing coaching on leadership style to senior leaders.
- Work with Learning and Development experts to help align leadership gaps to learning programs.
- Ensure senior leaders are equipped & able to deliver on their people management responsibilities.
Cultural Development:
- Develop specific Diversity and Inclusion plans across a leadership team and across a function that helps drive our business/cultural strategy.
- Develop a people & culture agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of the business goals
and drives employee engagement.
- Work through line managers to manage the climate and engagement within the business.
Organizational Design and Development:
- Manage structural changes with business leaders and employees, ensuring no/limited ER issues. Drive
change management initiatives across functions and countries within the area to support business
strategy.
- Work with leaders to identify/drive improvements in organizational efficiency & effectiveness, and
challenge conventional business thinking.
- Support leaders in defining and executing people plans and driving a transformational people agenda.
- Understanding the Comp & Ben needs of the business and identifying issues before they hit the business.
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
- 15+ years of HR experience in a highly matix organization
- Experience in building aligning and executing a sustainable HR agenda
- Preferred experience working with FMCG or Global MNCs
- HR functional experience, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & OD
- Experience in change management and transformation - Ability to take initiatives, influence change and lead transformation.
