Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Oral health, Pain relief, Respiratory, Gastro-intestinal and Skin health categories.

What's in it for you?- The Regional Sales Head is the highest level in the Sales hierarchy within a Region, and the role will be managing the regional leadership team consisting of managers in various functions like Sales, Category, Expert, HR, Finance and Supply chain.
- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving managing P&L and the top line and bottom-line targets of the business as per the accelerated Sales & Marketing plan for the Region.
- The role shall directly report to the Sales Lead and therefore needs to be able to drive all decisions, targets, initiatives, and programs at the regional level.
- The role shall also support in planning that entails the forecasting of business based on relevant KPIs growth and category & brand to arrive at overall revenue & profit impact.
- Support Sales Lead in defining & delivering KPI norms for Sales team against established metrics & measures, while maintaining & adhering to Haleon Values.

Strategic Planning towards achievement of Business Objectives- Support the development of Branch Business plans encompassing - P&L, Sales, S&D, Industry Affairs, People, Costs, EHS, Expert.
- Achieve volume and value objectives (Category / Brand) and support the achievement of the same for the Expert Function in the region
- Evaluate business results as per Business Score Card Objectives
- Keep abreast with practices and developments in the FMCG/CH Industry (organizations, Products, Channels)
- Drive the Development of the organization's strategy for S&D, Brand and Portfolio.
Strategic P&L Management- Drive Strategic cost management and resource productivity in all areas of operations to deliver regional P&L targets
- Ensure effective deployment of resources to maximize business results
Quality of Operations- Drive quality in all aspects of operations (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation Activities)
- Experiment with quality initiatives
- Management of Regional Expert Team & Business
- Enable development of regional expert business plan per National Expert objectives
- Support expert operations to achieve business plans & objectives
- Leverage Sales & expert to enable achievement of plans and strategic objectives
People Development- Align the team to the vision and strategy of the organization
- Provide thought leadership and perspective to the team
- Build an enthusiastic and motivated team that continuously strives to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Ensure a smooth integration of the changes in the Region structure.
- Anchor Customer Relations Management at the Region
- Ensure the implementation of the Development Plans for the Region team
- Inculcate and nurture the core values of the Organisation i.e., team spirit, mutual trust and spirit to win.
- Management of career expectations
Transformation Management: - Communication of the strategy of the organization to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth integration of the changes in the Region structure.
- Management of Industry Affairs
- Proactively and consistently interface with the environment
- Support the Mgr - Industry Affairs in development and implementation of the industry affairs plan for the Region.
Code of Conduct / statutory & regulatory norms- Adherence to the code of conduct by the entire Region team
- Conformation to all Financial and Administrative systems.
- Ensure compliance of EHS norms for the Region
- Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms.
Key Success Factors (Measurable Indicators) :- Inspirational leadership measured thru excelling in all areas of business.
- Maximizing Region's business results - Sales & Expert
Requirements :- MBA from a Premier B School
- 10+ years of which at least 4 years will be as a second line sales manager in consumer industry. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar regional role.
Why is it required?The incumbent would be required to plan yearly business, provide long term forecast, manage spends and ensure ROI. Also required is ability to make decisions based on cutting edge analytics and tools to keep the business in course.
The person will also need to have a strong understanding of macro healthcare trends and emerging opportunities. Ability to make decisions based on cutting edge analytics and tools to keep the business in course.
