- Responsible for managing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for Haldirams.
- Ensure the working media budget (ATL & BTL) is efficiently and effectively optimized.
- Deliver a consistent gold standard media planning & buying service for the business.
- Ensure the highest possible return on investment for company media to contribute to increasing market penetration and competitive pressure.
- Ensure that the global category brand directives can be innovatively and efficiently brought to life in the market through the right media agency resource.
- Ensure that the media agency operates at its full potential for the company across all aspects of the business, marketing matrix for brand positioning.
- Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal.Market research for product testing, rejuvenation of brand & developments of creatives accordingly.
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activity and results across each initiatives. Support senior management in establishing pricing strategy.
- Responsible for identifying, working with the external stakeholder for creating and approving 'creative'. Iterations to be repeated until the desired result is achieved.
- Pre & post Champaign assessment, effectiveness & ROI for each activities.
