Job Description :
- Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts.
- Activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Developing and executing effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
- Developing a comprehensive database of current and prospective HORECA customers.
- New Customer Acquisition with Targeted Contribution to Total Business from this segment.
- Responsible for targeted Sales & Profitability in HORECA Segment.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective Sales.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Insures that all Sales Team members meet or exceed all activity standards for face-to-face meetings, appointments and closes.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive Officer and Director's.
- Drive initiatives to improve accurate demand forecasting and be the lead stake-holder in the annual business planning as well as S&OP exercise to set the way forward for the organization.
