Specialist - Research & Development - Sauce / Ketchup / mayonnaise / Condiments

- To report to Manager- Research and Development regarding product development and related activities.

- Responsible for planning, organizing and conducting lab trials for Lead development of new product and modification of existing product.

- New product development as per the market & customers demands in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements and provides nutritional information as per the requirements

- Sensory evaluation of the new food products during its developmental stages and effective utilization of generated verbal sensory data to make better final product.

- Documentation of all scientific developmental works in compliance to the product development process.
