What you will be doing in this role ?
You will be responsible to Manage & drive category trade marketing plans & campaigns across business verticals for South Region, India
1. Visibility & Activation
- You will assist in designing & ensuring effective implementation of merchandising solutions as per recommended Planogram for effective visibility across channels.
- You will carry out Shopper Activation : In store Promotion and Activation
- You will ensure the POP Material is executed in the Market successfully
2. Trade Partner Loyalty
- You will Manage Trade Loyalty programs as per relevant channel plan to enhance presence, depth, width of sales.
- You will Periodically review distribution performance through analysis of ACN Retail audit.
3. Trade Promotions/Inputs Management
- You will Manage & ensure trade promotion/input effectiveness
- You will drive share of shelf with Retailers and Merchandisers
- You will carry out vendor management and ensure quality control of merchandising materials.
- You will ensure Trade Marketing Spends as per Budget & ensure effective tracking.
4. Shopper Research /Analytics/Reporting
- You will ensure timely management of all field level sales data & conduct related analysis
- You will ensure effective Implementation of trade/shopper research initiatives
What you need ?
- 3-7 years prior experience in an FMCG company, preferably in the Food Segment.1-2 years Trade Marketing Experience.
- Should have handled General Trade/Modern Trade (preferably both) in the previous assignments.
- Sound knowledge of Sales processes
- Merchandising Skills - both paid and unpaid visibility
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across region.
