Key Responsibilities:

- Value and Volume Business: Deliver both Primary and Secondary business in Value and Volume as per Annual Operating Plan. Perform SKU Forecasting for the territory at a rolling basis.Plan and Implement new product launch.

- Distribution : Ensure Numeric and Weighted Distribution Target of the territory. Ensure productivity of sales force and drive SKU level effective coverage.

- Distributor Management : Appointment of Distributor as per company guidelines & managing Distributor profitability,engagement. Managing Receivables from distributors. Ensure automation and other required infrastructure at the distributor point.

- Key Accounts Management : Planning and executing Terms of Trade with key accounts as per Trade marketing guidelines. Ensure ROI of investment in Key Accounts. Engage with key accounts retailers to be the most preferred supplier. Drive In-store Execution.

- Process Management: Ensure authenticity and regularity of Distributors claims. Managing and analyzing data of the territory.

- Cost & Efficiencies:Effective utilization of trade spend.Optimize Cost to serve of the distributor

- Team Management : Coach and guide team for better performance.

Candidate profile :

- MBA in Sales & Marketing

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM is a Must.

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be able to travel regularly across region.

- Has worked in more than one states (Preferred).
