Job Summary : As a Project Manager at Hectae Analytics and Software Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding project requirements, leading technical decisions, estimating effort and duration, managing projects using agile development methodologies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise in project management, especially in the software industry, will contribute to our commitment to delivering cutting-edge software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning: Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage available resources effectively.

- Agile Project Management: Lead projects following agile development methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and deployments.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various external teams, including Operations, Quality Assurance, Business, etc., throughout the project lifecycle.

- Internal Process Management: Manage the internal development process flow to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Scheduling and Release Management: Manage project schedules, coordinate site releases, and execute appropriate project plans for product releases.

- Stakeholder Communication: Present project status and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement: Provide solutions and develop best practices that drive continuous improvement in project management and software development.

- Project Roadmap: Create and execute project roadmaps based on priorities, timelines, and release targets.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, in the software industry.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and effectively manage project budgets.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and guide project teams.

- PMP or other relevant certifications.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges effectively.

Location : Remote (Initially), Relocation to Chennai Office Required After 6 Months
