Manager - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition with agencies & direct hiring
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to reduce time-to-hire
- Gather job profile & requirements from functional team and draft job descriptions
- Spearhead sourcing from agencies and online job posting
- Conduct assessment test and give assignments to candidates as pre-hiring process
- Orchestrate recruitment & selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- Conduct background verification and check reports
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Lead employment branding initiatives
