- Launch multi-city chain of clinics. Identify location, sign rental agreement and interior fitouts.

- Launch 50+ clinics in 40 cities pan-India by the end of year three

- Build an algorithm to identify right location in every city

- Liaison with brokers to source 500 - 700 sqft shop front at prime location with attractive facade

- Negotiate rents and sign leasing agreements

- Ensure local statutory licenses & compliances

- Project management of interior design & fitouts

- Build new clinic interiors within defined budget & timeframe

- Replicate identical interiors and facade as per floor plan & branding guidelines

- Build topgrade project management team by end of year one

- Hire 4+ people team by end of year one for aggressive expansion in 4 regions of India

- Appoint national-level turnkey project management contractors
