Work Description:
- Lead online marketing analytics, MIS, Dashboard for hyper growth in eCommerce
- Collate data from multiple online tools - Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Shopify, Ads manager of Facebook, Google, YouTube, CRM, Inventory, Logistics tools
- Create Graphs, Charts, Dashboard, MIS for metrics for eCommerce business
- Identify actionable steps to improve online marketing performance
- Evaluates customers' online behavior and provide actionable insights
- Knack to understand CxO level business requirements
- Must have worked on online tools and in-depth understanding of METRICS:
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio [a must]
- Expert in Google Sheets, MS Excel formulas - Vlookup, Hlookup, Calculated fields in PivotTables, Merge, Join, Match, Raw data clean-up
- Should understand online metrics like ROAS, CPC, PPC, CTR, CPM, ThruPlay, Sales, Revenue, Expenses and courier metrics like RTO
- Understanding of inventory software like EasyEcom, Unicommerce will be a plus
- Lead data automation using Google BigaQuery ETL framework [optional]
Candidature requirements:
- 3-5+ years exp. in an online, eCom, business consulting, high-growth company
- Passion for data automation, business analytics, analyze datasets
- Got Juggad mind-set to spot business growth hacks typical of startup environment
- Candidates from western suburbs of Mumbai preferred, else you'll travel endlessly
