Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Leadership/Non IT Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Talent Mapping: Develop a thorough understanding of the talent landscape within specific industries, including identifying key players and high-potential candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients or internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates, build relationships, and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing cultural fit and technical skills.
- Presentation of Candidates: Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed profiles and recommendations based on thorough assessments.
- Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers, including discussions on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights and advice to internal stakeholders.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree + MBA/PG in Human Resources; relevant certifications (e. , SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
Experience: Proven 10+ experience in NON-IT Hiring headhunting, recruitment, or executive search, particularly in specialized or senior-level roles.
Research: Strong research skills to identify and map talent within specific industries.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade top-tier candidates.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients or hiring managers.
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation and closing deals, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Analytical: Proficient in assessing candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
