Overview:
- As a Channel Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty among our channel partners, ensuring their long-term commitment and engagement.
- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and foster strong relationships with our partners.
- The role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Reward Program Development: Design, implement, and manage digital reward programs tailored to our B2B channel partners.
- Develop innovative reward structures and incentives to drive partner engagement, sales growth, and brand advocacy.
- Platform Selection and Management: Identify and evaluate digital reward platforms and technologies suitable for our B2B partner ecosystem.
- Manage the implementation and integration of chosen platforms, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all digital reward program-related matters.
- Understand partner needs and preferences to tailor reward programs accordingly.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for digital reward programs, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to drive program innovation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital reward programs using key metrics such as partner engagement, redemption rates, and ROI Utilize data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Engagement: Regularly communicate program updates, new rewards, and incentives to B2B partners to maintain high levels of engagement.
- Develop marketing collateral and campaigns to promote digital rewards and drive partner participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B channel management, partner relationship management, or loyalty program management, with a focus on digital rewards.
- Deep understanding of digital reward platforms and technologies, with experience in selecting and implementing such platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with B2B partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital reward strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty management platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
