The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end servicing of key accounts, including managing briefs, executing plans with client-facing teams, and driving upselling and cross-selling efforts.

This role involves maintaining a strong client visitation program, managing client data and scheduled tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Lead end-to-end servicing for key accounts by understanding client briefs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations.

- Client Visits and Relationship Building: Establish a regular visitation program to engage with clients at various levels, ensuring personalized focus and relationship building.

- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, visits, agreed plans, and other relevant information.

- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base to maximize account value.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client plans and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Set Requirements:

- Client Servicing Experience: Proven work experience of 4+ years in client servicing with direct, client-facing interactions.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data merging for report generation.

- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to prepare and present reports and plans effectively to clients.

- Account Management: Experience managing large accounts or multiple smaller accounts, with a track record in upselling and cross-selling.

- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills for client engagement and relationship management.

- Technical Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with API integration is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

4+ years in client servicing or account management
