JD: Product Manager
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with a strong background in e-commerce/Fintech or related digital domain.
- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and user experience (UI/UX), demonstrating a passion for creating intuitive and engaging products.
- Knowledge of gift cards and digital payment systems will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Strategy:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and market research to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
User Experience & Design:
- Champion best practices in UI/UX design to ensure seamless and delightful user experiences.
- Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces.
Data Analysis & Competitive Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product improvements and measure success.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive product success.
Roadmap Management:
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Desired Skills & Experiences:
Experience:
- 2-5 years as a B2C Product Manager, ideally in e-commerce/Fintech or a related digital domain.
UI/UX Expertise:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a proven track record in designing user-centric products.
Tool Proficiency:
- Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, JIRA, Figma or related tools.
Domain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with gift cards and digital payment systems is a significant plus.
Educational Background:
- An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
Multi-tasker:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
