GyanDhan - Head - NBFC Operations

Reporting to the COO, this is a leadership opportunity at GyanDhan.

- Lead the 20-member team of our domestic lending vertical

- Team management: Responsible for full HR cycle- hiring, training, replacing etc

- Process management: Own the entire lifecycle of a loan- from application to approval to disbursal to repayment.

- Analyse monitoring reports to manage and optimize quality and timeliness of the process.

- Identify root cause of any issues and resolve them

- Report the vertical's performance to COO on a periodic basis

- Handle queries/resolve escalations of business partners

- Own and manage collections and recovery activities

Ideal Candidate:

- Has strong problem solving abilities

- Is a proven leader, with leadership exhibited either during education or professional experience

- Can function independently

- Has proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks at the same time

Nice to have:

- Data analytics skills, including SQL and Excel

- Excel for day-to-day excel analysis. Should know vlookup, pivot, match, if-else, and other basic excel formulas

- Past experience in an operational management role

- Team management experience
