Head of Customer Success
India's leading education loan startup, GyanDhan, is looking to hire a Head of Customer Success.
- Reporting directly to the COO, you will drive lead-to-disbursal conversions in our overseas education loans vertical, which currently sees Rs.700 crores in annual loan originations. We are looking for a young leader to own and drive conversions in this business vertical.
Key responsibilities :
1. Engage with lending partners to improve their conversion efficiency
2. Review internal sales team's performance through reports and other interactions, then develop or replace staff to have a consistently high performing team
3. Own the hiring and training process for our sales team
4. Manage customer escalations and complaints
5. Present regular updates to COO
Ideal candidate :
1. Should have an analytical mind and problem-solving ability. They should be comfortable making sense of reports, and using them to drive sales outcomes
2. Should be able to function independently. Specifically, they should be confident enough to attack whitespace problems
3. Should have demonstrable evidence of ownership and initiative
4. Must have strong communication skills ; both verbal and written
5. Experience in driving B2C sales through a team is a nice to have. We're happy to consider young leaders in operational roles as well
