GyanCentral - Chief Marketing Officer

GyanCentral is a community for engineering and law aspirants across India. In the past one year since inception we have reached out to millions of students and have over 11,000 community members. We have also built a suit of products which cater to a students requirement during his education.

We have successfully raised angel funding and are now looking to expand

We are looking for an experienced hand to setup and spearhead marketing operations at GyanCentral. We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to lead.

Location: Mumbai

Desired Profile:

1. Over 3-5 years experience of online and mobile ad sales

2. Proven competence in managing digital campaigns

3. Has managed a medium to large sized team in the past

4. Good network within ad-networks and media

5. Has managed a sales pipeline and is process driven

Job Responsibilities:

1. Tons of freedom to create sales and marketing processes and collateral. Build a team around you

2. Manage multiple roles and be the face of the company to agencies and business connections

3. Multitask and work in tight deadlines

4. New Business development and creation of new inventory

5. Monetize existing products via various methods

6. Set revenue targets and achieve them

Compensation: 7-12 lakhs depending on fitment + ESOP's and other perks
