- Knowledge of AI and Salesforce trends.

- Expert in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- Commercially and financially astute.

- Ability to influence at senior level.

- English fluency.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop insights that leverages Salesforce data to optimize our recruitment efforts.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to identify trends and insights related to user behavior, preferences, and decision-making.

- Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data integrity within Salesforce, including accurate entry, deduplication, and ongoing data maintenance. Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics.

- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve sales processes and workflows, leveraging Salesforce automation tools and features to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Sales Analytics: Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings to drive sales strategy and decision-making.

- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices. Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance our sales operations.
