Qualifications/ Education:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant Human Resource Management experience required.
- Good knowledge of UK HR end-to-end HR processes.
- Bachelor's Degree with a background in HR and HR systems
- Relevant course with applied software systems
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong IT &Technical skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Superior MS Excel (including functions, pivot tables, v-look up, and macros).
- Recruitment, HR, Payroll/Compensation benefits processes and administration.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and goals.
- Thorough understanding of database construction.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Self-directed and a demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of UK HR practices, techniques & standards.
- Expertise in analytical and logical reasoning.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of database management
- At least three years in a supervisory position.
- Must have experience in UK Payroll end-to-end processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resources and Information Systems:
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organisation's internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, customisation, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
- Implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
- HR System's first point of contact globally within the group and Key Account Manager of HR System.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR team.
- Improve the existing integrations, design workflows, build reports ensuring full utilization of Cezanne and HR software.
- Collaborates with leadership and the wider HR team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for Cezanne employee & HR services users.
- Customise system functions and workflows such as automated notifications, alerts and reports.
- Increase the usage and functions of the HR system by mapping it to the current HR processes.
- Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
- Drive automation and process improvements across all HR teams globally & support migration to a unified HRIS if required.
- Streamline processes between Recruitment, HR, Payroll and Cezanne.
- Facilitate the roll-out of HRIS to additional entities within the GUS group & HR System's configuration to support all global GUS HR teams.
- Oversees the procurement of appropriate software modules to develop the efficiency of Cezanne HR system.
- Manage all HR-related supplier/contract payment settlements, validate and approve contracts under HR, raise invoices, add suppliers, monitor and track HR budgets and payments.
Reporting:
- Responsible for collation and generation of RemCo, Salary Forecast and No payrise reports on a monthly/ regular basis.
- To generate ONS external/Internal Audit reports & GDPR reports on a monthly/quarterly & yearly basis.
- To produce monthly My Rewards Hub and HR Dashboard MI Reports in the areas of New Starters, Leaver's Holiday & Absence, Bonus & Commission.
- Design customized automated Cezanne reports across HR functions.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of end-to-end HR administration of employee life cycle - new starters, probationary, contractual changes, leavers, HR System's updates, compliance audit etc.
- Provide management information (reports) within the set timescales - weekly, periodic, monthly and on ad-hoc basis.
- Oversee and support with Recruitment, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of Recruitment and HR administration, work distribution and project delivery.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Extend support, training, and development of direct reports.
Additional/Miscellaneous responsibilities:
- Manage annual HR processes such as Performance reviews, Objectives settings and talent evaluation.
- Collate content and generate ideas and circulate monthly HR Newsletters.
- Handle ad hoc projects from HR Director by recommending useful apps, strategies and planning and execution mechanisms.
- Management of Employee Benefits platform, develop strategies to increase usage and engagement.
- Update, design, and maintenance of the HR intranet.
Continuous Improvement and innovation:
- Stay up to date with new innovations and changes in the HRIS domain.
- Continuous enhancement of HRIS systems skills to upgrade current HR processes.
- Explore new applications to improve HR operations and functions.
- Keeping up to date with UK Employment Law and legislation.
Mandatory Skills:
