About the Company

GuruG learning is a gamified platform for teacher training that uses its proprietary framework and research in the field of education and analytics to innovate teaching techniques through the app. The startup aims towards enhancing teaching-learning experience which will lead to - Inspired Teachers- and - Improved Learning- . Guru-G converts existing textbooks and teacher resources into adaptive teaching packs which provide in-class guidance to teachers on different ways in which they can teach a topic.

Job Role includes:

- Develop high quality lesson plans for our interactive platform

- Create and proofread content/lesson plans to meet the prescribed style guide as per the Board (CBSE, ICSE, State etc.)

- Research on work upon existing pedagogies used in the current education system

- Research and identify interesting methods/activities/resources (video etc.) to develop lesson plans which will serve as a ready reckoner for the Teachers.

- Feed in the raw lesson plans in the web tool for accessing the ready pack through various digital platforms (tab, app etc.)

Competencies:

- The candidate should be a graduate, preferably with a post-graduate specialization in Education (MEd/ masters in Education).

- Preferably has a previous experience in teaching - particularly Science and Maths subject for Primary/Middle/High School in a reputed school

- Has a passion and love for the subject; is creative in using interactive and creative methods of teaching which results in happier classrooms

- Should have exceptional subject matter expertise and should preferably be aware of current system of teaching, evaluation, curriculum etc.

Salary Range: 8-9 LPA
