Our diverse team has graduates from some of the best educational institutes in the world including Harvard Graduate School of Education, IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Kanpur, Brown University, National Institute of Design, Delft University of Technology and has people with work experience in organizations such as McKinsey, Unilever, Discovery Kids and Intel.  We are looking for a person passionate about using online and social media marketing tools to cultivate and grow customers.The position reports to the CEO and will focus on driving strategies to ultimately lead to new customer acquisitions through improved online traffic, conversions, and ultimately revenue.  The role requires the successful candidate to keep knowhow of new technologies in the market.  Responsibilities:  - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to successfully meet business objectives.  - Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best in class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the digital channel.  - Develop, execute and deliver the company's digital / online marketing strategy, plan and budget to include online, new media, web, eCommerce and SEO to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.  - Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the clients website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.  - Work in sync with product and sales team to strategize content and digital marketing strategy.  - Ensure smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.  - Plan and manage SEO, SEM (PPC) and social marketing activities with focus on the 4 major platforms Google, Face book, Pinterest and Twitter.  - Responsible for display content (banners) and campaigns.  Desired Skills and Experience:  The ideal candidate for the role would have:  - A graduate degree from a reputed college  - 1+ years of Digital Marketing Experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role  - Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, display marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing etc.  - Strong understanding of search and social media marketing platforms  - Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)  - Good business writing skills and ability to visualize and convey a message with interesting and relevant content  - Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and the internet to run it all.  www.wonderboxx.com
