Our first product is a goal-based savings platform which will provide choice to consumers to save money directly with trusted entities in India (Tata, Hero, Maruti etc.) thereby helping consumers earn higher return on their savings (3X-5X higher than the bank savings account). Job Purpose :

We are looking for Product Managers who possesses a passion for financial services and believe in reimagining consumer products through the use of technology to make an impact on customers. The product manager will work closely with the engineering team and founders to drive the product vision & development and launch high-quality products.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Define the product roadmap and drive development of products with rapid iterations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tech partners on the product development journey

- Keep a strong focus on consumer needs through past experiences, research, and market data

- Work with the engineering team and de-bottleneck complexities by suggesting creative solutions

- Champion product design and create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flow for product launch

What's Required :

- You hold a degree from a Tier-1 college and have at least 4+ years of experience in product design and building products.

- You're passionate about building the best possible user experience and you monitor your metrics to see whether you're delivering

- End-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies (e.g. on mobile)

- You have been part of a fast paced, high growth start-up and have seen multiple product launches

- You seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback-oriented cultures and possess strong business acumen

- Ability to drive consensus and sell product vision both internally and externally

- Experience managing a team of product managers or engineers would be highly preferred
