Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who is passionate about hiring the best talent in the industry and can work with the founders in scaling the startup 10X in the next few months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build the talent acquisition strategy for the organization by working closely with the founders on defining of roles, number of positions, and timelines
- Detail out talent acquisition plan by channel and closely collaborate with external agencies, wherever required, to accelerate hiring
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate join
- Design and drive great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
What's Required:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Recruitment domain, preferably with an early-stage startup
- Experience in hyper scaling of teams and managing recruitment agencies, campus connects and social media sourcing
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation"
- Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates
