About The Role: Support Performance Marketing charter for GMG's eCommerce businesses including SSsports.com, Dropkicks.com etc.

- Own performance goals for new and existing digital publishers and influencers

- Partner with the category team to support product launches, top categories, and business priorities across multiple categories

- Own the content strategy and performance optimization of affiliate partner communications

- Regularly evolve and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to leadership

- Develop reporting methodologies and owns data analysis

- Partner with the category teams to share best practices and achieve scale with influencer and affiliate marketing

- Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.

- Handle complete affiliate payment process from validation number communication to final payment stage

- Assist in developing the digital communication for brands, categories, collections for Marketing in-line with the brand guidelines

- Ensure all Communications are ready before launch of the digital campaign go-live.

- Define opening brief for the content and design team as per different ad formats and publisher touchpoints

- Weekly analysis and reporting of creative performance data
