GuideMe - Education Trainer - SAT & GRE Segment

Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and effective SAT & GRE training sessions for students, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test content, strategies, and time management techniques.

- Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to cater to different student learning styles and proficiency levels.

- Track student progress, provide detailed feedback, and recommend personalized study plans to improve scores.

- Stay updated with the latest SAT & GRE exam patterns, question types, and scoring methodologies.

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and performance evaluations to assess student readiness.

- Assist in developing and refining training content, including study guides, online resources, and practice tests.

- If experienced, guide students with admissions counseling by helping them understand their university options based on their scores and aspirations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital content (blog posts, webinars, social media tips) to promote GuideMe's test prep programs.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in SAT and/or GRE training is mandatory.

- Strong command over both verbal and quantitative reasoning sections of the tests.

- A background in student counseling and/or digital marketing is a big plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate students.

- Ability to assess individual student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

- Passionate about education and committed to student success.

- Flexibility to conduct both in-person and online training sessions.
