Junior Partner - Family Office Services

Position : Junior Partner - FOS

Experience : At Least 1 year post qualification experience is preferred.

Education background : Chartered Accountancy

Location : Hyderabad

Role : The role is that of a premier wealth manager / relationship manager

- Relationship management

- Asset allocation

- Equity Investments

- Articulation of the client's investments and overall financial plan

- Client acquisition through referrals

- We are an end-to-end wealth management firm that caters to ultra-high-net worth (HNI) individuals and families. The ideal Partner in the Family Office Services team will be adept in creating a special bond with the client and maintaining a solid relationship with client families.

- The ideal partner would be passionate about understanding equity investments and the value investing method.

- They will be articulate when they explain financial plans and investment instruments.

Bond : The bond is something we ask of everyone - from the senior most post to the junior most post. A lot of effort and training goes into anyone who comes in and we would rather deter those who are not 100 % sure they see a good career path for themselves with Guardian for at least two years. The conditions of the bond are as follows: should the employee choose to leave the position within two years of joining, he or she would have to pay the company two months of last drawn salary.
