- Knowledge/Experience in handling Listed Company Compliances in India.
- Experience handling ROC,SEBI,STOCK EXCHANGE,FEMA,RBI
- Experience in handling Acquisitions, Mergers, Scheme arrangements, NCTL etc.
- Experience in handling fund raising, and related activities.
- Manage Contracts, Due Diligence and Legal Contracts
- Experience in handling Board Meetings/Quarterly/AGM/SGM
- Good Communication
- Individual Contributor
- Qualified with 5 + years of post qualification experience in handling above tasks
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
- Compose letters, memos and emails
- Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
