We are seeking an experienced Manager Capability to join Bimbo Bakeries India.
- This role is critical to the development and enhancement of organizational capabilities, focusing on lead generation, communication, customer service, sales, and sales management.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Leadership Development, Competency Development, Capability Building, and Talent Management, ensuring that the organization's workforce is equipped to meet business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills of mid to senior-level managers.
- Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to develop training solutions tailored to leadership growth.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve competency frameworks that align with business strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify core capabilities required for different roles and design programs to develop these capabilities.
- Monitor and assess the impact of competency development initiatives on employee performance.
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, high-potential development, and retention strategies.
- Work closely with HR to implement talent review programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Support the sales team by designing capability-building programs that enhance their ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop tools and techniques for effective lead generation and customer engagement.
- Provide coaching to sales staff on improving communication skills and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs aimed at improving customer service skills across the organization.
- Work with teams to enhance communication strategies, ensuring consistent and effective interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and ensuring that the workforce is trained to handle customer queries and issues effectively.
- Implement performance management systems that track the progress and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and adjust training and development plans accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the success of talent development programs and capability-building initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, sales, and operations teams to ensure that capability-building efforts are aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training programs.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development, Competency Development, Capability Building, and Talent Management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service strategies, and communication skills development.
- Experience in driving large-scale capability-building initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Leadership or Talent Management programs.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and talent development software.
