We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to oversee our food deliveries category. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in managing food deliveries for Ecommerce company. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving the customer experience, and managing the overall performance of the food deliveries category.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability of the category

- Identify and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform category strategy - this is a must have.

- Manage the performance of the category by monitoring sales, inventory levels, and profitability

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including marketing, operations, and product to ensure successful execution of category strategies

- Ensure the customer experience is optimal by monitoring delivery times, customer feedback, and delivery-related issues

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, and partners

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services

- Maintain a deep understanding of the food deliveries category, including consumer preferences, product trends, and industry developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- 2 to 4 years of experience in managing food deliveries for a retail or e-commerce company

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer experience in a similar role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Knowledge of industry trends and developments related to food deliveries
