Roles & Responsibilities:
1. As a senior manager, you are expected to lead the entire performance marketing function with the north stars as optimized CAC and scale.
2. You should have the ability to understand different channels, campaign objectives and scale them for acquiring quality users.
3. Understand what the brand stands for and have that business acumen in driving acquisition for new users.
4. Liaise with different teams in resolving dependencies and getting things done if you have a dependency.
5. Motivate, mentor, and lead the team in creating a healthy work atmosphere and setting larger goals.
6. Use different tools to understand the market/industry and create a competitive advantage for the brand.
7. Hussle for innovation, keep the learnings and scale alive throughout the year.
8. Create a core understanding of the different cohorts of users based on the source of acquisition and share learnings with design, content & product teams.
9. Closely work with business teams in driving transacting users and pushing marketing communications via paid marketing efforts.
Pre-Requisites:
1. 5+ years of experience in handling high scale digital brands (preferably app-based)
2. Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, attribution tools & measurements.
3. Analytically sound and with an eye for detail.
4. Have good branding & creative sense
5. Must be a go-getter
