Role Summary:

The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategic business priorities. The ideal candidate will have sharp business acumen and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and time frames for the new initiatives.

- Develop and manage budget & timelines for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

- Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks with an analytical bent of mind

- Clearly articulate & communicate vision, plans, and project status to Groww Leadership

- Team and key technical, product, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills

- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Experience in driving end-to-end large-scale strategic business transformation initiatives (strategy & execution)

- Ability to drive results, effective communication, and partnership skills
