Key Responsibilities:

Payments is a multi-tenant product of Groww supporting individual BUs with Payment services. As a part of the Payments Product Ops Excellence team you will be working closely with internal (Tech, Product, CS) and external stakeholders. (PA/PGs, Banks, NPCI, TSPs) to drive operational efficiency.

- Track and improve operation metrics for Payments business by working with tech & product.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders to drive our ops metrics.

- Help improve existing products and build new features and products.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Fintech space (PA/PGs, Banks, PSP entities).

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Good analytical skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel/SQL.

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

- Previous Product ops experience in an internet company is a plus.
