Role Brief:
- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, offer negotiation, and employer branding
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Create an exemplary candidate experience strategy
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in end to end recruitment with focus on mid to senior level hiring (Tech/Non-Tech/Volume)
- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Campus recruitment is a must
- Excellent communication skills - startup experience preferred
