Roles and Responsibilities:

- Partner with people managers to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce

- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analyze and action through follow-ups

- Responsible for onboarding new hires and partnering with the recruitment team

- Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, includes- analyzing exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards

- Drive engagement initiatives like - New Hire Buddy/ Mentoring program/All Hands

- Drive career pathing sessions/ initiatives

- Support the business in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels

Required skills and expertise

- 2-5 years in a people operations roles

- Postgraduate degree from a reputed university / institution

- Basic knowledge about labor regulations and compliances

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
