Role Brief:

Education and trust are two key enablers for financial products in India. Groww believes that content can be leveraged extensively to onboard millions of users on the platform and retain them.

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute growth strategy for Groww leveraging content

- Lead the team to build massive growth engines

- Work with the leadership team to drive various growth initiatives

Requirements:

- 7-12 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation

- Experience in driving growth strategies in a fast paced startup and sound knowledge of Financial Markets
