- We're a high-output, impact-driven team working with CMOs, COOs, VP Sales, and CEOs in the US market, helping them leverage HubSpot as a revenue enablement engine.

- This is a client-facing role where you'll act as a fractional GTM lead, helping our clients:. Identify hidden demand within their existing revenue stack.

- Launch inbound and outbound demand generation motions that directly impact pipeline.

- Build and execute marketing-led GTM strategies that align with their business goals and ICP.

- Manage multiple projects and clients without losing context.

- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring they deliver high-quality work while growing in their roles.

- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and performance teams to drive GTM success.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving buy-in for key initiatives.

Who You Are:.

- You've worked in B2B/SaaS and have seen 0- 1 and 1- 10 growth journeys.

- You understand business models, ICPs, and how to map out buyer journeys, funnels, and bow-tie models.

- You're comfortable working with CRMs, especially HubSpot, and can navigate a typical B2B revenue stack.
