- We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting.

- We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.

- We're now looking for a talented Head Of Demand Generation with an experience in HubSpot to join our team who could help us while we focus on getting more business for you.

You're NOT fit if you've:.

- Never been measured upon marketing-attributed / influenced revenue as a goal.

- Never optimized Lead - > MQL - > SQL conversion rates.

- No understanding of what the lead lifecycle/buyer journey is.

If you're a fit, here are the roles and responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with our GTM approach to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of demand generation specialists, marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing content to support lead nurturing and conversion rate optimization efforts.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.

- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency.

- Conduct regular A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.

- Develop and maintain a robust lead scoring system to qualify leads and enhance the efficiency of the sales process.

- Create and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B and SaaS marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing mix.

- Utilise Salesforce/HubSpot experts and consultants to help them create and manage campaigns, workflows, CRM, Admin, and other tasks as per the client's satisfaction.

Requirements:.

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- Proven work experience of 6-7+ in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.

- In-depth knowledge of demand generation tactics including CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce).

- Extensive experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.

- Proficiency in developing and executing demand-generation strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- CRM certifications are highly desirable.
