Growth Strategy - Retention and Loyalty
Functional role :
- Managing traffic distribution through merchandising on the homepage and driving gamification for categories.
Roles & Responsibilities :- Traffic distribution through merchandising.
- Create a monthly plan for allocation of homepage merchandisable assets.
- Ensure all campaigns are in-line with JTBDs.
- Do RCAs on performance of campaigns.
- Take strategic calls on importance of one campaign over another.
- Manage mid-month urgent requests.
- Identify situations when exceptions need to be made to the JTBDs and execute accordingly.
Gamification :
- Calculate size of prize of different gamification ideas.
- Work with categories to align on budgets to run these games.
- Execute the entire game identifying the right consumer segments, implementing the game, monitoring the performance, taking action on escalations, doing RCAs and making suggestions on changes to be made to improve performance.
- Regular sync-up with categories to learn about their needs and work with the Product team to create solutions for those user cases.
Desired Skills :
- Total work experience of 4+ years.
- Experience in business strategy for growth, consulting, investment banking or start-up experience.
- MBA from Premium institute.
- Strong data and process orientation ability to understand existing process and work with product and business teams to design solutions accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create detailed models from scratch.
- Experience managing and maintaining projects across multiple teams.
- Ability to facilitate and drive cross-functional meetings to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to set strong process and driving the same to maintain best in class consumer experience.
- Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open and positive attitude.
