Job Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Involved in setting up dashboards for performance tracking
- Own data trends, weekly/ monthly reports, RCAs, and insights
- Shall be owning Overall Business weekly/monthly reports/tracking with detailed insights
- Help set up business alerts to close the loop on any issues
Business performance and planning:
- Involve in building forecasting /projection models for the business planning
- Involve in detailed business analysis and performance tracking with regular RCAs
- Ensure close coordination with cross functional team drive business objectives and goals
- Creating and Managing business reviews.
Program management:
- Program manage business initiatives across functions like Product, Category, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
- Own internal products and projects, including GTM and BAU operations to deliver user acquisition goals.
- Efficiently run campaigns to move success metrics like NUA, retention, repeat rate, reactivation, etc in a positive direction.
- App merchandising and user backwards thinking to ensure pristine user journey on the app to enable conversions.
Desired Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics role
- Proficient in Excel and SQL (MUST).
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to take ownership of projects are a must. Should be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in driving data backed decision making and data self sufficiency.
