We are seeking a Inside Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives.

- Actively participate in sales planning sessions and contribute fresh ideas to optimize our sales approach.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Work with the team to identify and nurture potential leads through various channels.

- Leverage market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.

Sales Process and Pipeline Management:

- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead conversion and smooth sales operations.

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Sales Performance Analysis:

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights with the sales team and management.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Engage with customers to provide product information, address inquiries, and nurture strong relationships.

- Focus on customer satisfaction and retention to drive repeat business.

Sales Training and Development:

- Participate in sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine selling techniques.

- Proactively develop your sales skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Collaborative Team Player:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier1/Tier2 with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Preferred previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, although fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.

- Passion for entrepreneurship and a strong desire to make a significant impact on a profitable startup's growth journey.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - 6 days a week)
