- Establish a sales growth model to deliver explosive global revenue growth
- Expert understanding of sales cycle, with track record of closing larger deals directly
- Develop new business and introduce company product and services globally
- Drive remote sales with help of inbound & outbound leads / communication
- Recruit, train and coach the sales team
- Identify and recruit the best talent/sales professional
- Drive business excellence in team with industry SAAS concepts, metrics, and selling methodologies
- Set up and drive sales target and incentives
- Drive and measure regular sales target assigned for team/geography
- Focus on a strong and effective incentive structure for team and make sure they achieve it too.
- Effective pipeline and sales reporting
- Grow sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue target & goals
- Own forecasting and maintain sales metrics and dashboard
- Prospecting new opportunities globally
- Keep up with potential accounts and customers for healthy sales
- Deeper customer engagement with key buying influencers
- Set up a virtual sales infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal team for great virtual infrastructure for product demos & meetings globally.
