Job Description:

- To lead the Retention effort for a leading audio OTT.

- To build the function from scratch.

- One of the largest audio OTT present across multiple geographies.

- Well funded start up allowing remote working.

Description:

- To build and lead all Retention effort for the organisation.

- To manage CRM and CLM for the organization.

- To liaison with stakeholders across Tech, Ops and Marketing.

Profile:

- The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with a pedigree from Tier-1 institutes only.

- Candidates from Gaming, D2C, Food apps, etc.

- Good interpersonal skills.
