We are looking for an individual to expand our customer base and achieve growth targets for our financing products. You should be able to build a relationships with our target customer segment of new age business founders and help address their financing need gaps through Velocity's products. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills and strong target orientation.

Responsibilities :

- Generating new brand leads, identifying and contacting founders and understanding their financing needs.

- Building strong relationships with potential customers.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales activity and growth targets.

- Maintaining all customer details in the CRM

- Identifying and creating new ideas to develop new key channels for sourcing online brands.

- Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities.

- Propose future sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives

Requirements :

- Experience of dealing with new age entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs (at a VC firm, B2B Saas company or elsewhere).

- Experience and ability to manage senior level relationships such as CEOs, Founders, etc.

- Hiring across Associate, Manager and AVP levels based upon the experience.

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong networker & relationship builder

- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- Interest in understanding market trends.

- Solid business acumen supplemented with decisiveness.

- Fluency with CRM software

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Willingness to travel as needed
