Legal Teams at most of these companies are often buried with mountains of mundane work and their business counterparts are often frustrated with slow turnaround times and lack of visibility.
They aim to solve this massive globally applicable problem. They are currently actively expanding thei footprint in India, USA, Canada, UK & Singapore. Their platform is used by big brands such as AirBnb and Panasonic as well as fast-growing global startups such as Notion, Apollo, Chargebee, and many more. On average, their product saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster.
About the Role:
As a Growth PMM/Lifecycle Marketing Lead at, you'll be the architect behind our direct-to-user communication strategies. Your work will span across entire product suite - CLM, VerifAI and Clickthrough, focusing on crafting and optimizing the customer experience from start to finish, with an ultimate goal of driving product adoption.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Designing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the organisation's voice and business objectives.
2. Developing and managing audience segmentation, KPIs, and an editorial calendar to ensure targeted and effective communication.
3. Leading the charge on utilizing and enhancing our email marketing software and technology stack, ensuring we're at the forefront of industry practices.
4. Analyzing campaign performance meticulously, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements and achieve revenue targets.
5. Collaborating seamlessly across teams, including product, engineering, marketing and design to create unified and impactful campaigns.
6. Conducting deep dives into customer behavior and preferences to inform and refine your strategies.
Requirements:
1. Accumulated~5 years of B2C or B2B experience in a high-volume email marketing,
customer lifecycle or product growth role, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
2. Demonstrated expertise in building sophisticated email drips and automation, preferably with tools like Customer.io, as well as DAPs like Appcues, Chameleon or Pendo.
3. Successfully launched and optimized targeted email campaigns, with a strong foundation in A/B testing and analytics tools.
4. Shown proficiency in managing multi-channel messaging campaigns, across Email + In-App.
5. Developed user segmentation from the ground up, based on insights derived from data as well as qualitative research.
