1. Drive Digital Revenue Growth by owning the end-to-end funnel stage metrics for an acquired client including Onboarding, Engagement & Retention.
2. Develop insights by understanding the customers' needs/pain points by conducting relevant market research, data analytics and other exercises.
3. Derive actionables from above insights & work with product and tech teams to drive new feature rollouts, fix issues and gaps, increase product awareness and improve overall conversion.
4. Routinely assess competition and understand their product offerings and portfolio of products.
5. Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas to increase traffic and conversions
6. Strategize & execute goal-oriented communication strategy to drive usage of products/increase business
7. Campaign conversion by conducting A/B Testing & automating those campaigns when satisfactory conversion is reached.
8. Play a key role in developing the strategies of owning customer lifecycle and enhance the Customer Lifetime value of the customer through engagement & retention marketing initiatives
