You will be responsible for the acquisition and activation of users/customers and will have to get deep into this funnel- Finding and Implementing creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build the customer base and grow the business- Creating and executing marketing strategies that involve content marketing, push and automated notifications, etc.- Identifying various growth loops by experimenting with various growth methods.- These may include different mediums such as Digital marketing, Growth hacks, Advertising, etc.
You will look at how to onboard microsellers in tier 2 & 3 markets using channels that are effective in these markets where trust towards purchasing online is still low.
What you'll need:
1. Ability to own things end to end
2. Strong analytical and technical skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, seo, sem and user acquisition & retention.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to write marketing content in Hindi & English
4. Ability to learn things quickly & execute them at a rapid pace
