Responsibilities:

1. The role focuses on developing and optimizing digital customer acquisition strategies across various channels.

2. It involves improving conversion rates through A/B testing and website performance enhancements.

3. Analyzing performance data and customer insights is key to driving growth initiatives.

4. Collaboration with content teams ensures the creation of engaging, targeted content.

5. User research supports informed marketing and product strategies.

6. The position requires cross-functional teamwork, continuous experimentation, and regular reporting on campaign and KPI performance.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.

2. Proficient in leveraging marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing solutions.

3. Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights.

4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.

5. Creative, results-oriented mindset with a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making.
